Meet Our Team
2 Guys Ducting
Why Todd Dylan & Started
2 Guys Ducting and Our Goals:
In August of 2024, father and son started a new adventure with the launch of 2 Guys Ducting, LLC.
We knew after working together for the past seven years that we had experience above and beyond the competition. This came from the breadth of jobs they'd worked while partnering with a geothermal HVAC company and honing their craft. Once they saw the work other teams were completing, and the praise they received in contrast, they knew it was time to set off on their own.
"When you work all those years for other companies and you see their success, you want to be part of that. We realized that working for companies like we did was not able to provide the opportunity to progress beyond where we currently were with them. Even though companies always said that there was going to be room for advancement, there never was. Rather than wait, we both decided it was time. We knew we could be successful at this, we just needed to take the first step."
Since we starting, Todd and Dylan have made inroads with many contractors from the HVAC and plumbing industries as well as homeowners and property owners. They thrive on their work and on forging lasting relationships within the New England community.
"Our goals are to grow the company into a few installation crews within the next year or two. I’m very excited to see the potential of the growth and where we go. We are confident in the work we do, and we know that if we continue doing the things we do, we will be successful. Very exciting!"
