At 2 Guys Ducting, we’re a hands-on, detail-driven crew based in Rochester, NH, serving projects across New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine, and Vermont. We specialize in precision HVAC ductwork, geothermal systems, and cold climate heat pump installations—built for performance, efficiency, and long-term comfort.

Why Todd & Dylan Started 2 Guys Ducting & Our Goals

In August 2024, father and son Todd and Dylan launched 2 Guys Ducting, LLC after spending years working side-by-side in the HVAC and geothermal industry. Over time, they saw firsthand how much difference true craftsmanship, clean installation, and strong communication make on a jobsite—and they knew they could deliver a higher standard consistently.


After seven years working together, they decided it was time to build something of their own: a company focused on precision work, reliable scheduling, and long-term relationships with homeowners, builders, and HVAC professionals across New England.



Our goal is simple: grow into a trusted regional team with multiple installation crews—while staying true to the quality and pride that built our name.

Our Founders

Todd began his HVAC career as a service apprentice working alongside his father on the North Shore of Massachusetts. He later worked for an HVAC contractor in the seacoast of New Hampshire, gaining hands-on experience in both shop fabrication and field installation, including ductwork, boilers, and oil tanks. During his final five years there, he served as Head Installation Foreman.


From 2008 to 2024, Todd worked doing geothermal and HVAC for another seacoast-based company, where he became Lead Foreman and developed deep expertise in geothermal heat pump systems.

Todd’s Experience Includes:

  • 28 years in the HVAC industry
  • Ductwork installation & fabrication
  • Mechanical piping systems
  • Radiant floor heating systems
  • Low-voltage control work

Dylan

Dylan entered the HVAC industry after graduating high school in 2017, working alongside Todd at a geothermal and HVAC company. He quickly gained extensive hands-on experience in geothermal systems, HVAC installations, and heat pump work.


Before launching 2 Guys Ducting, Dylan became a Lead Foreman Installer, known for clean workmanship and jobsite reliability.

Matthew Orio

We’re proud to partner with Matthew Orio, a widely respected leader in the geothermal and high-efficiency HVAC industry with nearly 40 years of experience. Matthew is known throughout New England and New York for his deep technical knowledge, field expertise, and commitment to quality.


Matthew supports our team in designing and expanding our geothermal and air source heat pump installation division, strengthening every project we take on.
