Our Story
Founded in August 2024, 2 Guys Ducting was built on years of hands-on experience, craftsmanship, and a shared passion for doing the job the right way. After spending years working side-by-side in the HVAC and geothermal industry, father-and-son team Todd and Dylan recognized a growing need for cleaner installations, dependable service, and better communication throughout every stage of a project.
With more than seven years of working together in the field, they launched 2 Guys Ducting with a clear vision: to provide high-quality ductwork and HVAC installation services that homeowners, builders, and HVAC professionals across New England can consistently rely on. Their reputation has been built through attention to detail, reliable scheduling, and pride in every installation they complete.
Today, 2 Guys Ducting continues to grow with the same values it was founded on—precision workmanship, honesty, and long-term relationships. Their goal is to build a trusted regional team with multiple installation crews while maintaining the quality, professionalism, and personal commitment that earned their name in the industry.
Meet Our Team
Todd Henshaw
Owner & Field Installer
Todd began his HVAC career as a service apprentice working alongside his father on the North Shore of Massachusetts. He later worked for an HVAC contractor in the seacoast of New Hampshire, gaining hands-on experience in both shop fabrication and field installation, including ductwork, boilers, and oil tanks. During his final five years there, he served as Head Installation Foreman.
From 2008 to 2024, Todd worked doing geothermal and HVAC for another seacoast-based company, where he became Lead Foreman and developed deep expertise in geothermal heat pump systems.

Dylan entered the HVAC industry after graduating high school in 2017, working alongside Todd at a geothermal and HVAC company. He quickly gained extensive hands-on experience in geothermal systems, HVAC installations, and heat pump work.
Before launching 2 Guys Ducting, Dylan became a Lead Foreman Installer, known for clean workmanship and jobsite reliability.

Matthew supports our team in designing and expanding our geothermal and air source heat pump installation division, strengthening every project we take on.

Matthew’s experience includes a wide range of geothermal system designs, including vertical drilled loops, horizontal loops, pond loops, and open-loop well systems, supporting both residential and commercial applications.
